Forward Thinking

Organizational survival strategy is to learn faster than the competition. Leadership must know how to enlist and work with others in the effort to create a viable, adaptable, successful organization. Frequently leadership reacts to the change verses anticipating it while assuming responsibility for keeping the entire team moving forward.
Good leaders must learn that each member of the team needs to be analyzers while they also champion change. What is needed is a framework for thinking about the future and how to move forward within that framework.

Participants will also learn:

  • To discuss effective ways to deal with challenges to the organizational improvement and make their case for change.
  • To understand how open systems thinking helps organizations adapt to change.
  • Assess potential impacts of several important workplace influences on teams.
  • Plan how to apply forward thinking within the teams.
