Working Principles for a Collaborative Workplace



One of the greatest assets in the workplace is the ability to get along with co-workers. This workshop focuses on the art and skill of collaboration, how it impacts productivity, quality, customer expectations, and overall performance and how to create a climate where everyone is able to cooperate and share ideas while working toward a common outcome.

Participants will also:

  • Learn the importance of colorations and shared values in creating high performance outcomes.
  • Identify values that are important to them as well as the organization.
  • Discuss how the Working Principles assist in the implementation of those values.
  • Learn how to apply the Working Principles in their everyday work situations.
