Leadership 2000 & Beyond
Leadership 2000 and Beyond teaches the required skills in organizations that create and sustain a collaborative
environment where decision making is shared by its employees and managers, with the emphasis on employees taking
initiative. Theses classes give managers, supervisors, team leaders and individual contributors the basic understanding
and skills needed to interact effectively with others in the organization.
Leadership 2000 and Beyond is designed to provide a foundational progression of one - on - one interpersonal skill
that support team initiatives, quality improvement and process improvement efforts. These classes focus on the
leadership challenges everyone faces in today's changing workplace of a less controlled, more collaborative work environment.
