Developing the Leader in Each of Us



Each employee as well as the organization now faces many new competitive challenges related to the expanding, flexible leadership role, including who should respond. Gone are the days of Management only decision-making! To survive, you must develop leaders at every level of the organization.

In this workshop, participants explore the ideas of informal and formal leadership, flexibility, fluid roles and responsibilities, evolving business pressures, how to think in organizational-wide terms and how to develop capacity for continual growth.

Participants will also:

  • Discuss five crucial leadership strategies used to create focus for their role.
  • Inventory and discuss their current effectiveness of these strategies.
  • Participate in a group activity that enables them to experience the expanding roles and leadership issues related to work related everyday challenges.
  • Make decisions about what they need to do to develop their level of ability, enhance their overall effective, and develop the leader within them.
